You can buy RF license for commercial and noncommercial use. Permitted use of photos is for the promotion of firms, companies, products and services for advertising, print on demand, for education or personal purposes, in books, magazines, calendars and newspapers, including electronic products. For more information and restrictions, see the arrangement Standard license, Extended license

Examples of prohibited use

It is prohibited to display photos or any it's part in the way that would make the photo look like it promote any political, religious, economic or other movements and parties. It is prohibited to use the photo in any way that would offend any person who is in the photo, or use the photo in any composition which is defamatory, obscene, indecent or otherwise. 

Standard or Extended?

For personal use

Have You chosen a photo or other product of our offer and want to use it for Your own non-commercial purpose (such as wallpaper on Your computer or mobile phone, or print it to be poster or painting, etc)? In this case, it would be enough just buy any of basic license XS-XXL and V (vector). Between them You choose according to the desired size (for example in cell phone it can be just license XS-L, to a PC L, for printing is suitable the greatest XXL).

To promote

If You need pictures for  self-promotion , for example for Your company- on websites, business presentations, to brochures,advertisements, articles, etc., it would be enough to purchase any of basic license XS-XXL and V (vector). It is only depends on choosing an appropriate resolution. Photographs can be used  unlimited time, to an unlimited number of copies and repeatedly. once You purchased a license You can use Your photo to product packaging, web and in advertisement. For such versatility, we recommend to purchase a higher licenses, which can be reduced as necessary and by this You reach their maximal utilization. If You buy photos for Your customer, information is here.

For web designers

If you purchase photos which you want to use for graphics for your customers (insert them into web or other graphics), you must first realize that your photo will be only for one customer or multiple customers. In the case of using the photo only for one customer, you just need to purchase a basic license XS-XXL or V (vector). If you want to use the photo for more customers, you need to buy a license X or XV (vector). The commercial license X, XV allows you to upload photos and graphics in the graphic and then sell. The advantage of this license is that it can be used for an unlimited number of customers and for its own purposes (eg their own company promotion). Another big advantage is that the customer who buys from you graphic may still be used for self-promotion, as if he himself bought the photo to the basic license. Photos must not be placed in unchanged form on website in downloadable format in sizes larger than 1000x1000 pixels. The modified form means a visible change, from which it is clear that it is modified.

For publishers

Photo with extended license can be used on an unlimited number of items in an unlimited time, as for multiple authors, as well as for you. For the use in books and magazines is also possible to buy any of the basic licenses XS-XXL, V (vector). In this case photo may not be used on the front pages and can be used only for one of your clients or you can use it yourself.

In both cases the photo must be noted by copyright in the format: ©[author's name]/Fotky&Foto. Copyright can be placed on/directly to the photo or anywhere on a special page.
